المحررات المتقدمة أو IDE هي عبارة عن محررات تحتوي عشرات الوظائف التي تريح المبرمج في عمله، إذن مهمتها الأساسية هي تسهيل البرمجة وليس تحسين المستوى البرمجي أو احتراف البرمجة! فالبرمجة لا تأتي إلا بالتعلم والتجربة لا بالأدوات.

يبدو أن العنوان أثاركم؟ هو عبارة عن مصطلح سيو جديد بعض الشيء لذلك على الأغلب لم تسمعوا به. المصطلح الإنجليزي هو (Bounce Rate) وهو مصطلح يتم تداوله بشكل كبير في الآونة الأخيرة من قبل أخصائيي السيو (SEO). يتم استخدام معدل الهروب في غوغل بشكل رئيسي الآن لتقييم المواقع وكما نعلم الغوغل هو الأهم في عالم السيو.
ماذا يعني معدل الهروب؟

لهوية المفتوحة (OpenId) هي طريقة لتسجيل الدخول في المواقع باستخدام معرف واحد، فبدلاً من عملية التسجيل (Signup) كل مرة في كل موقع تريد المشاركة فيه، تقوم بتسجيل الدخول فوراً في ذلك الموقع إذا كان هذا الموقع يدعم الهوية المفتوحة. تعتمد الهوية المفتوحة على عدة مواقع للتحقق من المستخدم، إذاً هو بروتوكول غير مركزي (لا يعتمد على موقع واحد).

أنت الآن تستعد للمقابلة الشخصية لاتنسى أن ترتدى زيا ملائما وأن تذهب قبل موعدك بربع ساعه أو عشرة دقائق على الأقل
فى أثناء انتظارك حاول أن تسأل الخارج من المقابلة عن الأسئلة التى وجهت إليه فكثير من الأسئلة تتكرر ويمكنك فى خلال انتظارك أن تفكر فى حلول أو إجابات لبعض الأسئلة التى لم تكن على استعداد لها7. فى المقابلة الشخصية

ماذا يريد القائم بالمقابلة الشخصية؟؟
إنه يريد شخصا يتمتع بمواصفات تمكنه من أداء المهام الخاصة بالوظيفة وهذا الشخص صاحب سيرة طيبه وحسنه وسيرضى بالمعروض عليه فى الوظيفه من راتب وبدلات ومهمام لذلك ستنقسم المقابلة إلى ثلاثة أقسام : -
إذا كنا قلنا إن الادارة الاستراتيجية هى البوصلة التى تبين للشركه الطريق فإن التسويق هو الذى يحدد أى الطرق أفضل لنسلكه حتى نصل إلى الهدف المنشود والغايه المرجوه
ويمكن تلخيص علم التسويق فى محورين اثنين :

* كيف يمكن أن أشبع هذه الرغبات والاحتياجات -

وقد راعيت فيها أن تشتمل على أهم المعلومات المطلوبة ورتبتها حسب أهميتها ففى البداية ستجد المعلومات الشخصية الخاصة بك ثم الخبرات العملية مرتبة من الأحدث إلى الأقدم وبعد ذلك الخبرات العلمية ثم بعض المهارات التى تتميز بها بالاضافة الى اللغات التى تجيدها ودرجة اجادتها

ترددت كثيرا حينما أردت أن أتحدث فى هذا الموضوع ليس لأنى لا أريد أن أضع ما أعرفه عن أسرار المقابلات الشخصية ولكن خوفا من الاستخدام الخاطىء لهذا الأمور
فما يعانيه ويكابده المدراء من بعض الموظفين الذين يحفظون ما يدور فى المقابلات الشخصية ثم يقومون بالخداع وللأسف يتم اكتشاف هؤلاء بعد اختيارهم وعندها يكون قرار الاستغناء عن خدماتهم قرار به بعض الصعوبه فيعيش المدير فى حالة من الصراع بين الإبقاء عليهم وبين سيل طويل من الاجراءات لتعيين بديلا عنهم بالاضافه إلى ما يتكلفه من مال ووقت لعمليه اختيار أخرى
بالتأكيد هناك طرق لاكتشاف المخادعين لكن حتى أكون صادقا تظل نسبة ليست بالقليله تتسرب من خلال المقابله الشخصية من غير المؤهلين للوظيفه
وهناك طرق أخرى وفعاله لدى المدير تمكنه من معالجه هذا الموضوع حتى بعد التعيين ربما أتينا على شرحها فيما بعد لكن ما أقصده هو عامل الوقت وعامل التكلفه وربما العامل النفسى فى بعض الأحيان
لكنى أدرك أن أنه لن يبقى لدى المدير الكفؤ من ليس كفؤا من الموظفين لذا لا مشكله حتى وإن خادع بعض المخادعين

وبالتالى فالسوق عبارة عن شرائح … كل شريحة لها مواصفات معينه وطبيعه معينه … وعند قيامك باختيار شريحة من السوق أو عدة شرئح تتناسب احتياجاتها الفوائد التى يقدمها منتجك فتسمى هذه الشريحة بالشريحة المستهدفه -

You do not need to be a super programmer to create gadgets for you and your friend’s iGoogle page. Now this method is not going to create any flashy games or show stock reports, but it is a fun way to share content with friends and family. If you have not yet created an iGoogle page it is very simple, just sign in with your Gmail login (or set up a new account) and get started creating content for the page.

Back in June, we rolled out a new favicon — the small icon that greets you when you access Google on your URL bar or your bookmarks list — and we encouraged our users to submit their ideas for this important piece of Google branding. We were impressed by the volume of submissions we received, and today we are happy to introduce a new Google favicon inspired by those submissions by our users. While the final icon is a reinterpretation of one contest submission, it draws on design elements and ideas from many of them.

Google changed its favicon last year and many people said that the new one was ugly. Probably this the reason why Google decided to use another favicon starting from today. The new favicon uses all the colors from Google's logo, while keeping the same lowercase "g".
